The terms and conditions under which payments made for our subscription services are subject to cancellation or refund are described in this Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy").

In addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, you consent to be bound by this Policy by purchasing a subscription or paid feature on Winngoo Matrimony ("we," "us," or "our").


2. Service Characteristics:

Using an online platform, Winngoo Matrimony facilitates introductions and matchmaking. Since our services are personalized and intangible, they cannot be reactivated in the same way.

All membership fees are not intended to ensure a marriage or match; rather, they are paid for access to premium features and enhanced visibility.

3. Refund Eligibility:

Once the service has been activated, we typically don't give refunds for any subscription fees. Refunds, however, might be taken into account in the following specific situations:1. Duplicate Payment: If a technical issue has caused you to be billed for the same transaction more than once.2. Payment Gateway Error: This occurs when the subscription is not activated despite the transaction amount having been subtracted.3. Service Non-Activation: If you decide to cancel before your paid membership is activated and it hasn't been activated within 72 hours of your successful payment.



4. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Refunds will not be given in the following situations:

• After-purchase change of heart.

• Discontent with other members' matches or responses.

• The inability to marry or find a partner.

• Partially utilizing the advantages of subscriptions.

• Account suspension or termination for breaking our terms and conditions.

• Interruptions or delays brought on by problems with internet connectivity or uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure).



5. Subscription Cancellation:

5.1. By the User

You can use your account settings or send an email to info@winngoomatrimony.com  terminate your subscription at any moment.

• While cancelling will stop your subscription from automatically renewing, you won't receive a refund for the time left on your subscription.

5.2. Through Winngoo Matrimony

If you violate our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without providing a refund.

• You abuse the platform for illegal activities, such as solicitation, harassment, or fraud, among others.

6. How to File a Refund Request:

If you believe you are eligible for reimbursement, you must:

1. Send a written request to info@winngoomatrimony.com within seven days after the transaction.

2. Provide the information below:

• Transaction ID;

• Date and payment method;

 • Refund request reason;

• Registered account email

3. Our support staff will review your claim and respond to you within ten business days.

 

7. Refund Method:

Authorized refunds will be made to the original payment method (bank account, wallet, credit/debit card, or UPI) within 7 to 15 working days of approval.We have no control over delays caused by banks or payment processors.

 
8. Chargebacks:

 Beginning a chargeback with your bank or payment processor without first obtaining authorization will be considered a violation of this policy.

9.Force majeure:

In situations where events beyond our reasonable control, like natural disasters, governmental actions, technical issues, or cyber incidents, disrupt service delivery, we will not be liable for reimbursements.


10. Grievance Redress:

Any queries or worries regarding payments should be directed to our Grievance Officer in compliance with Rule 3(2) of the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.

11. Authority and Overriding Law:

This policy will be interpreted and governed by Indian laws. Any disputes will be decided exclusively by the courts in [Chennai, Tamil Nadu], India.
