These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). We may modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our Platform and will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility:

To register as a member or use this Platform, you must:

          •         Be of legal marriageable age under Indian law (currently 18 years or older for females, 21 years or older for males).

          •         Be legally competent to enter into a marriage under the laws applicable to you.

          •         Not be prohibited or restrained by any court order or legal restriction from marrying.

Membership is void where prohibited by law. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the above eligibility criteria and that the information provided is true and accurate.

3. Nature of Service:

          •         Winngoo Matrimony operates as a matchmaking and matrimonial advertising platform.

          •         We do not guarantee any specific match or marriage outcome.

          •         We do not act as an agent for either party and bear no liability for the personal or legal standing of any member.

4. Membership Types & Fees:

          •         Free Membership: Allows profile creation and limited access to matchmaking features.

          •         Premium Membership: Paid plans offering enhanced features such as highlighted profiles, direct messaging, advanced search, video calls, and other premium tools.

          •         All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

5. Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

          •         Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or breach of security.

          •         Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

6. Prohibited Conduct:

Members must not:

          •         Post false, misleading, offensive, obscene, or illegal content.

          •         Create multiple profiles for the same individual.

          •         Use the Platform for commercial promotion or solicitation.

          •         Harass, abuse, or harm other members.

          •         Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

          •         Share contact details (phone, email, address) in publicly visible fields unless specifically allowed by the platform.

7. Content Ownership & Rights:

          •         You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant Winngoo Matrimony a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it solely for service purposes.

          •         Any unauthorised copying, distribution, or misuse of our proprietary content, trademarks, or software is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination of Membership:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund if:

          •         You violate these Terms or applicable laws.

          •         We have reason to believe you have engaged in fraudulent or harmful activities.

          •         You create multiple accounts or impersonate others.

Members may terminate their account anytime by emailing support@winngoomatrimony.com.

9. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

          •         We are not liable for the accuracy or authenticity of member profiles.

          •         We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

          •         Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you to us during the term of membership.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Chennai], India.
